About
I’m a mother, yogi, rural Extension agent, runner, chicken keeper and someone who believes deeply in practices that support real life—not perfection. My days are shaped by seasons, work in the community, time outside, and the ongoing work of caring for a body that carries a lot and has lived a full life already.
My approach to yoga, healing, and wellbeing is grounded, practical, and relational. I’m drawn to movement that supports strength and ease, to rest that actually restores, and to simple rituals that help us feel more at home in ourselves. I hold space for people in all seasons—busy, tender, strong, tired, curious—and meet bodies exactly where they are.
Through yoga, Reiki, and one-on-one wellbeing work, I offer practices that are accessible, adaptable, and rooted in care. Through writing and sharing recipes and ideas, I explore what it means to live well in a rural place; to tend land, family, community, and self with attention and grace.
This space is an extension of how I live: thoughtful, imperfect, steady, and deeply connected to place. I’m glad you’re here.
