Private sessions are appropriate for all levels and all bodies. Props, modifications, and rest are always available. Sessions may take place in your home, outdoors, or at an agreed-upon location.

Group Rates
2 people: $160 total
+ $50/person over 2 people
Perfect for friends, families, retreats, or small gatherings. All group sessions are inclusive and adaptable for mixed experience levels.
Travel & Driving Fees
Within 15 miles - Included
15–30 miles: +$20
30+ miles: +$35 or discussed in advance
Travel fees help cover driving time, fuel, and setup. For retreats, workshops, or recurring sessions, travel rates can be bundled or adjusted.
Sessions may include brief breathwork or mindfulness elements if desired. Packages and recurring session discounts are available by request.
